This study focused on the effect of indigenous knowledge, data literacy and factors of production management for sustainable development in Africa. Two specific objectives, two research questions, and two hypotheses were formulated to guide the study. The correlational research design was adopted in this study. The population of this study comprised 32 members of staff of Ignatius Ajuru University of Education Library. The entire population was sampled; this is because of their smallness in population size. The instrument used for the research work was a structured questionnaire. Descriptive statistics such as frequency count, mean and standard deviation, were used to analyze the research questions while T-test was used to test the formulated hypotheses at 0.05 level of significance. Findings revealed that: There is a significant relationship between indigenous knowledge and sustainable development. There is a significant relationship between data literacy and factors of production management. Based on the findings and conclusions, the following recommendations were made: Indigenous knowledge should actually be encouraged. Data literacy should as well be encouraged.
